Feeling a bit down these days...
It is normal, but not pleasant, for me to feel this way when I have a 6 month old.
Anytime you can cry over things like dishes in the sink, it is appropriate to blame hormones. It's temporary, and part of the price of having a whole new kid.

Whoever said that laughter is the best medicine has never been hugged by this guy.

6 months is when my ppd hit bad enough to seek help. So, I totally understand. You look beautiful though!
well no wonder you guys have such good looking kids--look at the two of you! I've always felt like the whole first year with a new baby is hard. Sweet and precious and flies by too fast but yes, very challenging.
